So many songs in this ‘evolution of dance’ first wedding dance to list but I love the way it finishes with a ‘dip and kiss’ and the DJ saying ‘we’re going to put that one on YouTube’ very soon’.

It starts slow but gets going at about 1:30.

Couple of years old now but has notched up nearly 15 million views.

Well the’ve relived it on the Today Show at the video has over 10 million view on YouTube. It was one of the first wedding dance videos to go viral before the Jill and Keven’s Wedding Entrance Dance

It was the Bride, Michelle’s idea to do the dance to Baby Got Back. She said it was one of her favorite old school dance songs, and wanted to put a twist on their first dance to get the guests in the festivities and spirit of the wedding. The Bride and Groom choreographed the dance all on their own. No one else at the wedding, except the DJ and photographer, knew about the surprise dance, they where all in shock and in hysterics.

Another very popular video with nearly 34 million views to date. Jill and Keven have set up a webpage for the video at www.jkweddingdance.com.

Jill and Keven have also helped raise more than $26,802 of the Sheila Wellstone Institute.

“We hope to direct this positivity to a good cause. Due to the circumstances surrounding the song in our wedding video, we have chosen the Sheila Wellstone Institute.

Violence prevention and intervention is an important issue to both Jill and Kevin. Jill’s current PhD work focuses on breaking cycles of violence in society. She has also worked in restorative justice and community mediation. Kevin is headed to law school due to his passion for social justice.”.

This is the moment when Groom Dana Hanna interrupted his wedding to update his profile on Facebook. The minister, who was in on the stunt, then concluded with the words: “It’s now official on Facebook. It’s official in my book. Dana you may kiss your bride.”

Not surprisingly the Mail Online website has been flooded with criticism of the stunt. My favourte being from Adrian Fletcher, Bromley, Kent, who posted

Of course the 1200 comments on You Tube are a little less restrained but with over a million hits in it’s first two weeks this definitely makes Dana one of our wedding You Tube stars!
