How will my guest find my site?
We will provide your guest with cards directing them here on your wedding day. If you wish we can also provide you with these cards for save the date reminders or your wedding invitations. If you have password protected pages then we’ll also include the passwords on your cards.
Can I add extra content to the site?
Certainly, just email us and we’ll post it up. This can be anything from engagement party photos to personal blog posts.
I already have a wedding website.
Not a problem, we can provide links to your wedding website, Facebook page or Twitter feed!
Some of my vendors have been fantastic, can I promote them on the site?
Please do, feel free to write reviews, recommendations and certainly direct them to our FREE online directory.
How does the online RSVP work?
We’ll create a simple online form for both daytime and evening guests. You’ll the receive an email directly to your inbox.
I don’t have a gift list, we’re just asking for money
That’s fine but it won’t hurt to have a section to remind people. We can also provide links and your reference number to online gifts list such as John Lewis or Next.
What are the Email Subscriptions?
We use FeedBurner to give you and your guests a chance to receive email updates every time we add something new to your wedding site. We only send update emails…..no spam!
How long will the images be online?
Quite simply for a long as you wish.
How much does this all cost?
The wedding websites are available to all Memory Gate or London Wedding Storybook clients for free.
Engagement shoot – An optional photo session before your wedding. These can be used on anything from Save the date cards to wedding day gifts for parents. We’ll put a selection of these on the site for you to share with friends and family.
Wedding previews – Within a week of your wedding we’ll give you a sneak peek of some of your wedding photos. Feel free to share these or perhaps they can be used for thank you cards.
Wedding slideshow - Within a month of your wedding we’ll put together a slideshow of the very best images from your wedding day.
Post wedding shoot – If you wish we’ll arrange a post-wedding photo-shoot with you. This is sometimes known as a “Trash the dress” shoot. A selection of these images will be available online for you to share.
Guest Gallery – We know we’ll not be the only ones with cameras at your wedding an your friends will of course want to share their images with you. In this gallery your guests have the option to upload their own shots.
Guest Print Gallery – Within two weeks of your wedding we’ll upload a gallery of images where your guests can order their own prints.
Online Storybook Proofing - as we produce the pages of your wedding storybook we’ll post proofs online for you and your guest to view.
Private Vs Public Galleries
You have the choice of having some, none or all of your galleries password protected. We suggest that you have as many of your galleries public as passwords are easily forgotten or lost.
